2018 Chevy trax

1.I turn the car on, put it in drive, it doesn't move (foot on the brake, let it warm up, the whole shabang).

2.I'm at a long red light that finally turns green and the car doesn't move.

I had to turn it off and turn it back on multiple times for both of these situations.

Why is it doing that?

I don't know if theres more I'm supposed to add to this and I'Il add it if necessary.
