This is Leon… in November he developed a pleural effusion (fluid in his chest, restricting breathing). We had to take him to the vet ER 4-5 times over the course of two months. Each time the vet visits were getting closer together.

We had to make the toughest decision and put him to rest on February 6th. My partner agreed that it was selfish for us to make him go back to the vet over and over, even though neither of us wanted to say goodbye.

He was so sweet, well-behaved, and would always go out of his way to take care of us. I miss him so much and still can’t believe he’s gone 💔

Two-parter:

Can recruiters/hiring managers see if you’ve been placed on a PIP, even if it’s not formal corrective action?

Can you be placed on a permanent internal blacklist?

Thank you in advance for any guidance
