Coolers Spinning at maximum velocity suddenly when i turn on my PC

On the last two days, this happened twice. I turned on the PC and i know it's normal for the PC to make the fans run at maximum velocity. but it was never that loud and irritating. It always happened only on the first two times when i turn the PC for the first time of the day, then i turn off to not damage anything, turn on again and it happens again, and on the third time, it stabilizes and starts with the loud noise that it's not that loud.

The pc video is normal, the velocity, the processing and the startup seem all normal, the only issue is the noise that something seems out of place, but the issue disappears everytime i turn him on for the third time of the day.

I don't know if my PC is restarting by accident and because it consumes its energy, he starts up like this every morning. And another detail, if i turn off the PC and turn on on any other moment of the day he doesn't has this problem, only during morning when i turn him on for the first time. I don´t know if it influences very much, but the temperature of where i live now became very cold on the last days, and i saw that cold temperatures can be responsible for this "scream" the PC does, and i changed almost every piece of my PC last year and cleaned it on the first months of this year, the only thing i didn´t change was the GPU, so i highly doubt its a physical issue with the pieces itself.

Should i change the fans or just let it go because it's a normal thing?

(Sorry by any english errors, its not my main language)

Is Kontakt_Button.exe Trustworthy?

I´ve been using his Kontakt versions and never got an issue until today, but i´m very suspicious about the Kontakt Button. I always used and it always works for adding new libraries, but i´m afraid it is some trojan (please don´t judge me if it's obvious and i never knew), i putted on Virustotal and of course he says it´s a malicious activity because of the Keygen and all, but it is 16/71 rated and i´m afraid i´ll need to reboot my pc if it´s really a trojan that steals my data.

Of course, pirating always has its risks and it might be or not, but i want some answer of those who use Bobdule's cracked Kontakt specially

I'm not a fan of the popular idea of saying that a character is the way he is because he was born that way, and i know a lot of this comments are pertinent with when it comes to Todd Alquist.

Some say he acts like a child or a robot who doesn't care about the difference of right from wrong and just do the horrible things he does simply because "he is a sociopath/psychopath", but i want to go deeper than that.

After Rewatching the series by the first time, i tried to see Todd's actions from another point of view, and not only as a "evil force of nature". Maybe it was the context he grew up in, before or after he was raised by Jack's gang and that was what made him normalize the brutality arround him so much, but...

What are your thoughts? Do you think he was mainly born with no empathy and would eventually become the monster he was inherently of what happened to him, or that he was created by Jack and the gang and teached to not thinking on any other humans as beings who have this thing called "empathy" he never knew?

I know there isn't only one single factor and that it's very interesting to think it's both reasons and a whole context bigger than we can think of, but i wanna know what do you like to believe about this
