Anybody have to have a front quarter panel replaced on a 5th Gen cr-v before?
Hey all. I was at a local grocery store recently and came out to find someone had backed into my right front quarter panel, then took off of course. Its a 2021 gas, touring to be specific. Im wondering if its worth the 500$ deductible... but. After doing what I could, it looks better. ...but I mean, who wants the vehicle they just paid off they paid 32k for, to look like this on the front right fender?
This was before I worked on it, the lines looked WAY OFF on the gap between the door and front q-panel, but after "pulling it out", the gap is no longer there so its hard to notice now. Also I pushed the plastic trim back flush. I still want a quarter panel tho and to either fix it myself, (if possible), or just pay my deductible for the hit & run while getting groceries, 😮💨... any info on how hard it is to do yourself, if youve had to repair similar damage on a 5th Gen would be greatly appreciated, thanks !
