Device: dell g15 cpu: i5 11260h gpu: rtx 3050 on windows 11. when i open any app, the txt is blurry until i click on them. then it returns to normal. also when i scroll up or down some parts of the screen stay retained if that is the correct word. i go and hover on that part and just click on it and it disappears (sometimes disappears then comes back) this has been driving me nuts sometimes i cannot read anything comfortable. i have screenshots but i cannot post them (this also happens on my monitor screen when i connect the laptop to it so i think it is not a hardware issue)
