Hi!

So, I will preface this with saying that I am new to the cricut machine. I purchased a maker 4 and have done a few cuts on it. The other day, I tried to make a card. I spent 2 hours trying to just get it to get through one single card. It wasn't something complex. It was in the beginning projects. My machine will get half way through and just freeze.

I have restarted both it and my brand new computer. I have made sure that the firmware is up to date. I have made sure that the tools are correct etc...

Is there a reason that this would be happening that I am just missing?
