I’m making the good vibes throw and I made a gauge swatch as the pattern suggested.

GAUGE:
4” = 5 A Rows x 17 sts from A Row

ROW 1A: With A, fdndc 173, drop loop from hook. Do not cut yarn. Do not turn.

I assumes 17 means 17 stitches so that’s what I did for 5 rows (first row as foundation double chain).

I feel like it’s too wide and too short? My tension was on the looser side.
