Hi my instagram account got banned on the 29th of April. I don't care about not keeping up with what is happening on instagram or something but I do care about my chats. my friend killed himself in the beginning op April. we always messaged on instagram and he used to send me reels everyday. I miss him very much and would like to read our chat from time to time but I can't because I am banned.

i have appealed but instagram doesn't answer because of there stupid AI.

can someone help me or give me advice on how to get my account back or at least my chats with my friend?
