My daughter (3.5yo) is struggling with night terrors for roughly 1 month now, 3-5 times per week. They’re very intense, 20-30 min long and we’re getting worried she’s going to hurt herself or us. We don’t try to wake her, just talk to her and try to prevent her from hitting her head, kicking her bed too hard. She doesn’t remember in the morning but we don’t press about it.

She doesn’t nap anymore, hasn’t for several months. She’ll occasionally drift off in the car in the afternoon/evening. She wakes at 7:45am (have to wake her up always), we start bedtime routine at 7:45pm and she’s in bed around 8:05 but usually falls asleep round 8:45-9 (independently).

Has anyone dealt with this? Anything that stands out about our schedule? We’re suffering as the wakes are usually soon after we go to bed, and then they wake up our 3 month old as well as she screams so intensely.

Thank you!

Thank you!
