In November 2026, after a week of being very sick and having very high temperature, I saw one pimple like creature on my chin, thought it was a regular pimple and spilt it out and that's how it all began, soon my whole face became infected and I had yellow crusted pimples all over my chin, nose and cheek. Then my dermatologist thought it was Impetigo and gave my antibiotics, mupobel gel and zinc ointment alont with celestoderm for 6 days. I finished my treatment and everything went back to normal real fast, thought it was over but since then I've had the same type of breakout every month, mostly one week before a period or after being very anxious. I got the swab which said it was staphylococcus epidermidis (regular one, mot the one causing impetigo), now I got lab results and I have positive Igg and negative Igm, which apparantely means having Herpes. I've seen 6 doctors already and they have no clue as to what it is. Everything I know about my breakout is basically because I have been researching on my own and cought a thing or two from several doctors. I'm so distressed because these breakouts are horrible and tiring and ruins my skin and confidence all at once. Please give me some hope, tell me if it gets better and how. And most importantly how do I prevent it from happening? Please share your experience.
