What is the credit conversion for Indian students applying for Universität zu Lübeck?

According to the admission requirements, 32 credit points in Mathematics is required (and other course credit points requirements as well). But I only have 20 in Indian standards (VIT University Bachelors in Mechanical Eng). Do I just apply normally and they will do the conversions themselves or is there a conversion formula or system I have to use and upload with the transcripts. I would appreciate any help I can get on this.

I just wanted to know if it was possible to change my uni for winter 2026 after receiving my visa. Sometimes the visa process can get delayed and I don’t want to risk that for my travel timeline. So if i already have an offer letter in-hand for the winter 2026 sem, shall i proceed with the visa application with that and travel to a different uni when and if i get another offer with a more preferred course. I am applying from India btw.
