I feel lonelier getting a boyfriend than just being single.

Crockpot creamy mushroom chicken and penne

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost five months, we met in August online and became a couple in December. I haven’t seen him since January and I maybe only hear from him once every few days. Granted he’s finishing up his degree and started a new job in February. He’s not good at managing his stress or separating himself to take a break once in a while. I don’t think we’ve had a meaningful conversation in weeks that was more then a few texts back and forth, I try my best to stay calm that he’s busy, but when I see he can be on Instagram or Snapchat my blood just boils. His final day of classes is next Friday, and his birthday that Monday, he hasn’t even answered me if he wants me included for his birthday or what he wants as a gift. I’m just frustrated and don’t feel appreciated. He’s my first real boyfriend and I really care about him and love him, I just hope he starts putting in more effort when school is out. Thanks for reading my rant I’ve probably said 700 times to my best friend lol
