Hi, looking to buy in i3 located in Ottawa, looks like everything is working fine tires can last another year it as 127k and Ac working fine. After negotiating with the seller, is willing to let it go for $5500. Is it a good deal, should I go for it, only using it for short commute and going to work. My job only 8min away from home. Let me know what I need check are
