Sudden dry red patch on face, was a bit swollen but not anymore
So two days ago my face was a bit itchy and puffy honestly put it down to being tired as I’d had a really long week, yesterday the puffiness was a bit worse and I got this very red patch on my cheek. Took antihistamine seemed to help the puffiness but now I’m just left with a very dry red patch. It feels rough compared to the rest of my face and my pores seem very open where the patch is . Any ideas on what it could be?
