Hi everyone, I’m 31 year old male looking for accommodation in Pune and would really appreciate any leads or advice.

My office is in Baner, so I’d prefer to stay nearby—Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, or Hinjawadi are all good options depending on commute.

Looking for:

* Single private room in a PG, or

* Single room in a flat/shared apartment

* Good society with decent security and amenities

* Clean and peaceful place

Budget: ₹10k–₹12k per month

I’m not sure if a single private room in a PG is realistic in this budget, so open to suggestions and nearby areas that fit the budget.
