As a 21 year old male and my girl friend who is 20 years old. My experience at Bank Street Mazda was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing from start to finish. During our visit, the finance manager, Hussein, behaved in a way that felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate toward my girlfriend. He repeatedly focused his attention on her rather than the actual transaction, with prolonged staring and comments that came across as overly personal and suggestive. The situation quickly became awkward, especially given the noticeable age difference, and it felt like boundaries were being pushed instead of respected. We were there to discuss a vehicle purchase, but the interaction didn’t feel like a normal, professional business exchange at all it felt uncomfortable and, at times, unsettling.
What made things worse is that the behavior didn’t stop after we left the dealership. Despite having no reason to contact her directly, he continued trying to call my girlfriend afterward, which only reinforced how inappropriate the entire situation felt. Instead of a respectful follow-up related to business, it came across as intrusive and unwelcome. Overall, what should have been a straightforward and professional experience turned into something that left a very negative impression on both of us. Because of this, I would not feel comfortable returning to this dealership or recommending it to others looking for a respectful and professional environment.
