Hello,

My wife has been granted a permanent partner visa with me - an Australian citizen - as the sponsor. We are wondering if condition 8502 applies to her? Does she need to wait for me to travel to Australia to activate her visa? Or can she travel there first on her own without me and still have her visa properly activated?

Hello,

I'm an Australian citizen and my wife has partner subclass 100 visa(permanent). The visa was granted in August last year and so she is supposed to enter Australia by August this year to activate her visa.

We were planning on getting an extension by sending in a "travel facilitation letter" but the link to this form seems to not work anymore...?
