Hey everyone,
My PS5 has been having issues over the past week with saying games are corrupted and making me redownload them. Mainly Fortnite and Marvel rivals so far, it will launch the game, get through the loading screen and as soon as I can move it crashes and says there’s a corrupted data error and will force close the game. It says to delete and reinstall the game.
The issue I’m having is that when I do that, it will working completely fine again but if I turn off or put the system in rest mode it will do the same thing again.
As of this morning, it’s gotten even worse. I redownloaded both games, I was able to play rivals fine and when I went to swap to Fortnite it crashed again and said there’s data is corrupted. I tried going back to rivals after that and now it’s doing the same thing as well. It’s very frustrating having to redownload my games each time I want to play but I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried hard resetting the system and it still won’t work.
Is anyone having this issue or know how to fix it?
Ps. I can still run my other games normally so far like R6 and the finals
