Problem/Goal:
Hello po. New Aircon user po and currently deciding what to get. Based on my initial research, I'm set on the Kolin Creo 1hp inverter.
I'm not really looking for modern or yung WiFi based na Aircon, just want something that will work and durable. And based sa specs, namemeet ng Kolin Creo yung criteria ko. However, when I tried to check sa physical stores most sales associate keeps on suggesting a different unit instead. I am not sure kung they are just trying to promote yung mga products sa ongoing sale nila or what. Sa Abenson the associate suggested yung Panasonic 1HP inverter, it's higher sa price ng kaunti and the sales rep mentioned na mas better daw kasi si Kolin is China made. And then sa Western Appliances naman, they suggested yung American Home na 1hp inverter instead, kasi mas modern daw.
Now, medyo di na ako sure what to get. I initially liked si Creo kasi aside from the 1hp inverter, mataas yung energy efficiency rating and then yung self cleaning and auto diagnostic. I also liked yung sa soft start up. Based on the specs alone, it seems na good Aircon for starters si Creo, and other brands doesn't specify special features like yung sa cleaning mode which I believe is important para tumagal yung aircon.
So sorry for the long rambling, but sa mga current Creo users na po or Kolin aircon users, can you let me know po how's your real experience with the product, any issues after mainstall, what are the things I need to consider pa po, and kamusta yung after-sales support?
