Booked Wrong Flight
I accidentally booked a flight going from Shannon to Heathrow next month instead of Heathrow to Shannon. I made the mistake this morning and coped it straight away, I immediately rang and left a voice note. I’ve heard nothing back, I’ve tried ringing several times and haven’t got an answer. I’ve tried contacting them on social media and I’m met with AI. The online support chat is also AI and doesn’t nothing to help. I need to speak to an actual human… does anyone know how? Any advice is appreciated.
