How can I clean this coin to see mint mark without devaluation

Long story short, I was 0-24 on my longest bad streak ever.

At a Walmart and watched a user dumping a coin jar into Coinstar. His ??mother kept refeeding the reject tray back into the top. After a couple loops I pulled a paper $1 and approached them. Said I collected old and dirty coins. He said it was not worth it. I insisted.

So, not legally a “find” but it was at a Coinstar!
