Could the teased character be a woman

the character wears a head piece that seems to be inspired by the horned kichka (рогатая кичка), it is worn by married woman for fertility

however, considering hoyos character design patterns I think this may be unlikely due to the character wearing pants and hoyo is infamous for leaving their women without any leg warmth (safe for alre and mauvika)

Why is adaptive leadership kinda bummy?

the 5th key principal of adaptive leadership is give the work back to the people.

leaders are often in managerial positions and this is saying that they must let their workers solve problems for them.

sounds like the leader is highkey lazy
