I'm finishing up WOTW and have level 30 divinity gear. I've noticed there is no difference between ethereal gear at the same level as well. How high does gear go and does ethereal ever out perform divine?

I got my first ethereal weapon and it was the same level as my Divine weapon and the attack power was the same. What is the advantage of ethereal weapons if everything is the same?
