Hi! I'm looking for someone to takeover the lease in my apartment during Summer 2026, from 6/1-8/29. Move-in times are flexible.

- 2bed/1bath
- Rent is $1390/month, approx. $50-$70 for utilities
- Fully furnished, A/C
- In-unit W/D
- Full kitchen
- TV
- 2 minute walk to the light rail

We have a lot of utilities in our building like a big gym, study rooms, sauna, hot tub, pool, and more.

I'm looking for a woman to takeover; if you're a student or intern this apartment would be great for you because it's so accessible to the light rail, Udub campus, Trader Joe's, Chipotle, Raising Canes, and more. There is a current female roommate who lives here with her friendly kitten.
