- Sadguru Darshan Prayog (Practice for the Vision of the True Guru)
- Materials (Samagri): Idol or picture of the Sadguru or shiva or ur isth, a lamp (diya) of pure ghee.
- Mala (Rosary): Sphatik (Crystal) Mala.⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: The Sphatik Mala must be activated/energized (pran-pratishthit) before use.
- Time (Samay): Any time during the day or night.
- Aasan (Seat/Mat): White cotton mat.
- Direction (Disha): North-facing.
- Chant Count (Jap Sankhya): 100,000 (One Lakh).
- Duration (Avadhi): As per your convenience (however many days it takes you to complete).

Method (Prayog): This practice should be initiated on any Thursday. In the morning, take a bath, wear a clean dhoti, place Gurudev's or shiva picture in front of you, and worship according to the proper rituals. After the worship, begin chanting the mantra. Once the total mantra chant count (1 Lakh) is completed, the Guru becomes pleased and fulfills your wishes in whichever way you desire!
