Hi everyone!
I’d like some advice on recruitment: every time I conquer a new settlement, I station about 150 troops in the garrison. The problem is that it then takes me days to go around villages to recruit the soldiers I’ve lost.
Do you have any systems or tips to speed up the recruitment process?
