The way they almost always add a customer who lives a million miles away and ordered 2 things now is already ridiculous enough.
The fact that when, of the 2 things they ordered, the only thing the store has is a bag of life savers and you STILL have to deliver it just doesn’t make any sense.
I have to deliver this bag of life savers to an old people home that is insanely hellish with traffic to get to at this time of day, and I’m sure the woman would’ve wanted to cancel the order anyway since they didn’t have the main thing she ordered, but she won’t answer the phone.
In the past, any reasonable agent would’ve removed the order, but no, now I have to actually lose money to deliver this fucking bag of candy. Why are they even allowed to order such a small amount of items? It costs $4.39, the order should automatically be canceled at this point anyway
