What should I add to my routine?

Im 41 and just recently started a skincare regimen. Problems are acne marks, hyperpigmentation, some wrinkles, but overall skin just looks dull and saggy.

Here's my routine:

Glycolic cleanser (prequel)

Vit C 20% (timeless)

Peptides (maelove)

Roc vit c eye cream

Vanicream Daily Moisturizer

And im rotating sunscreens till I find one I like. I love my color science tinted sunscreen but need to find something to put under it, cause theres no way im using two fingers length of the color science. It would look and feel awful. I just got Harharu in and my round labs one comes tomorrow.

If I am not going outside at all and keeping the windows closed I swith my morning routine to the origins vit c line cause I like it better, but it doesnt play well with sunscreen

At night I rotate:

Oil cleanse

Origins Checks and balances cleanser

Rejuran PDRN (just added this)

The spot cream from musely

(Hydroquinone, Tretinoin. 05%, niacinamide)

Avene Cicalfate

Sometimes ill add plain vanicream and squalene oil over this if the cicalfate absorbs

On other nights I use

Glycolic cleanser

Maelove peptides

Origins mega mushroom relief and restore

Avene cicalfate

And again will add vanicream and squalene

And once a week I do the Glycolic acid serum from prequel. Its strong so I only use it and cicalfate on those nights.

Ive done: the spot Peel from musely ...with the Hydroquinone

And i did my first qure Microneedling last week.

My face still at times feels dry. Not irritated, but dry, usually mid day. I think its been my zinc oxide sunscreen drying out my face which is why im looking for something different but while I think the cicalfate is great im not sure if I shouldnt be alternating that with something that is going to penetrate and provide deeper moisture?
