When i joined firm i got offer letter which got me Rs.5.50 LPA as fixed pay. There was no such thing as variable pay on letter. Now after 2 hikes i got total hike of around 25% in 1.6 years and now my fixed pay stands at around Rs.6.9 LPA. Although I get my shift allowance (annually 77k) and annual JD bonus which is around 55k. So when I switch what figures should i tell to re recruiters as current CTC?

Note:- Current comp letter only includes fixed pay and not shift allowance + bonus*
