What is everyone doing about their kids friends who, let’s say they come over often to play, and they want all kinds of drinks and snacks (which I’m happy to share!) but they don’t ever use please or thank you. Are parents encouraging better manners of their young guests or letting it slide?

These are primary school children ages 8-10.
