Hello everyone! Thinking about getting an AWD EV to replace an aging CUV to commute in, while retaining the ability to haul baby seats/grandparents. While I haven't tried any of them yet, I think the current candidates are the EV6, Ioniq 5, Trailblazer EV, and the Mach-E.
The Kia/Hyundai offerings are competitive, but I'm still sketched out about the ICCU issue, especially having it completely die without warning while in motion.
Am I missing out on a good choice? I understand used EVs offer a good value, but I'll likely need a loan, and those used car loan rates are pretty bad.
Finally, I've read that some have been able to secure new Ford Mach-E Premium with the extended range battery under the threshold to qualify for the EVAP rebate. Does anyone know of any dealers offhand that are still offering this, ideally in the GTA?
