Playing from Canada on NA - 200ms

How is this even possible, I cannot support this garbage game anymore, playing on NA Server from east Canada and getting 200ms when my local ping is 22ms LMAOOO

Hi there, i used to play Wild rift a few months back with like less than 13ms. I stopped playing a month ago and returned today and all of a sudden every game im in is 120ms and laggy.

When i run a network test in the game menu, My router delay is 4ms, with 1 shared wifi device, yet my "match server delay" is 123ms and yellow..

Is there anyway to solve this, it was never like this a month ago
