Oh my gosh. In just the past 2 weeks, I'm literally dragging my feet so that I can walk. Going up the stairs, I feel like I'm sledging through mud. My body and brain are close to hitting the severe fatigue I experienced 1st trimester. I have a hard time switching positions in bed. I can't control my mid section. I've been going to Pilates 1x a week and walking 2x a week to help alleviate pains, maintain strength, and to keep moving but every day that I put in the effort, the next day does not reward me. I try my best to stay hydrated but my heart rate elevates frequently from being out of breath of just going into the next room. Baby is still moving around like and actually getting stronger so that's reassuring...

Any tips or suggestions?
