Every time I run, no matter the temperature, I get an oval-shaped red patch on the left side of my back. It's always the same spot and size. No fabric touches it, the area is not risen or irritated. I wouldn't notice it if I didn't see if in the mirror. It blanches when I touch it. What could it be?
