Unbelievable
I wrote an email to Poshmark letting them know how unhappy most of us are with all the new updates. I told them buyers and sellers alike don’t like it, it’s not user friendly…. That they claim people LOVEEEE the change but I’ve yet to see one person say that. I’ve seen people say they are ok with it, or like it (a few people) but never have I seen anyone say they just LOVE IT. I wrote about how I had such a good thing going on posh, how it meant something to me to work towards each level to become an ambassador and it really means nothing now. I told them I worked hard to gain repeat customers and represent Poshmark well. I said that since I pay 20% of every sale I make, I thought my opinion might matter. That we are Poshmark; the sellers make it possible , and the new rules banning honest sellers for doing inventory on their closest is just ridiculous… and that while at one time I was thriving and enjoying the site, it’s nothing like it was and people miss that. (Paraphrasing a bit but that was the gist of what I said)
Their response? “So sorry to hear of your disappointment, esp because you worked so hard to maintain your closet. We’re sorry you feel that way about the changes made.”
….. saying you’re sorry someone feels that way is putting it right back on that person. They don’t care at all. I wrote back and asked why they don’t care about actual customer concerns, rather than telling us all that people love it, knowing that people do not actually love it. Maybe I should not be surprised but it felt ice cold and so fake. Doesn’t help that all my notifications are about live shows and that’s it. It feels over to me 🤷♀️ 💔
