I'm an assless, apple-shaped elder millennial with broad shoulders and a short neck. I'm stuck in a not-too-deep scoop neck + waistline-obscuring cardigan/overpiece rut. I work in a place that doesnt allow open shoes, so that greatly influences what I wear. I've got enough "please don't look at me" clothing. Help me out.

I'm 5'8" and a US16/18.
