I am primarily interested in the motherboard but may be intrigued by other additions mentioned in title.

Motherboard Requirements:
-Up to E-ATX but ATX or MicroATX preferred.
-5 Minimum Sata ports
-2 M.2 slots but 3-4 would be nice.
-ECC Support.
-10G would be nice but not needed.
$200 max under $150 preferred.

RAM Requirements:
-16x2, 16x4, 32x2 ECC *Sale potentially pending here*

CPU Requirements:
-Official or unofficial ECC Support, 3000 series preferred but will entertain anything under $120-$150
