I’m in south TX. Found this on a sticky trap yesterday and am wondering if I am correct in saying this is a turkestan roach? I live in an apartment and have seen a few dead in my hallway as well (outdoor hallway). I had pest control come and spray today but the technician said he is not super knowledgeable about these guys. Do these commonly infest apartments/do I need to be worried? Anything specific I should do?

I’ve had some bug problems in the past so i’m freaking out a little bit. About 2 weeks ago I saw a spider on a hard to reach sticky trap and I thought it was just a normal spider so I didn’t check. I found another one on there tonight that was bigger, so I pulled the trap out and discovered that they are both brown recluse’s. I already have pest control come once a month to spray. Does seeing 2 in two weeks indicate the start of an infestation??? I’m in south central TX.
