Do we know of any meaningful Byzantine presence/activity on the Balearic Islands?
In 533 AD, Belisaurius regained the Balearic Islands for Eastern Rome, and in 902/903 AD, it was conquered by the Muslim Emirate of Cordoba. But what happened between these almost 400 years? Was the administration of the Islands similar to Sardinia's four judges or something?

Edit: The Romans conquered the islands in 123 or 121 BC, Balearicus (Mettelus before conquering the islands) settled 3k Romans. During that time, they even produced wine and grain and wheet, so they were surprisingly prosperous I believe. Then the Vandals conquered it in the 400s.
