MATERNITY BENEFITS
Need your help here!!
I got pregnant last 2023, then nag inform agad ako sa HR. They sent Maternity Notification sa SSS.
FF, 2024 I gave birth. AFAIK, Hindi nag file ang HR ng Disbursement ng Maternity Benefit. Binigay lang nila ng buo ung sahod ko for 3 months.
Supposed to be diba 70k ang makukuha sa SSS then sa employer ung Salary differential.
So instead na mag file sila, binigay na lang nila yng whole salary ko for 3 months (which is mas malaki compare sa Mat Benefit).
My question is, can I still file for Mat Benefit sa SSS, since technically hindi sila nag file?
I am planning to leave the company and I need to know if this is possible.
Ma-nnotify pa din ba company ko if I will try to do this after leaving the company?
Ma dedetect ba ni SSS na binigay ni employer ung while salary?
