Easy set-up for a Nw150?

I'm trying to get my Nw150 working, but having trouble. I found a HDD image on Internet Archive for this model, and it boots into Windows 98 or DOS (with a file manager), but I can't get other games onto there.

I found some archives of the Touhou series to start with, again on Internet Archive, and extracted the files and copied them over. Every game just hangs when I start it from DOS or Windows.

Is there any easy image with a load of pre-installed games, or some hints about how to install games on the system?

Lately I've seen a few posts saying that they want to see professionals being professional on Star Trek. Mostly as a backlash against Academy, a show about kids developing into professionals.

The era most associated with professionalism is TNG/DS9/VOY. So I thought I'd look for examples of where it helps and hinders.

Often cited examples are The Measure of a Man and The Drumhead. In both, professionalism is portrayed as being a tool used by the villains to trample on the rights of others, and in both the professionalism of the heroes is key to the resolution.

At other times, the lack of professionalism is the most interesting aspect of the story. Seven of Nine is the most obvious example. She isn't Starfleet, and wanting to do things her own way frequently brings her into conflict with the rest of the crew, and especially Janeway. It's what the mixed Starfleet/Marquis crew should have brought to the show but was quickly forgotten.

Other examples include Geordie and Barclay, who were both quite unprofessional when it came to the holodeck. Picard is generally thought to have improved a lot after he stopped being so formal in the early seasons.

DS9 was another show where often the lack of professionalism was the most interesting aspect. Sisko using WMD in his fight with the Marquis, Odo's very un-Starfleet like approach to security, and Kira's past as a freedom fighter bringing her into conflict with her new colleagues.

Personally, I think the TNG/VOY kind of shows have run their course, and the more formal style didn't contribute much to their appeal.
