Premature ejaculation

28M from Bangalore. Need honest advice from people who have actually dealt with lifelong premature ejaculation.

This has been there from my first sexual experiences itself, so I think it’s lifelong PE. I’ve already consulted reputed urologists like Praveen Negi and Mohan Keshavamurthy, did tests, everything came normal. Tried medications for a few months including with a sexologist near Kengeri, but honestly didn’t feel much improvement.

Now I’m confused whether I should continue with:

* a urologist,
* an andrologist,
* a sexologist,
* or therapy/counseling.

I’m unmarried, so sometimes I also wonder whether anxiety and lack of regular partner experience is making it seem worse than it is.

People who actually improved:

* what type of doctor finally helped you?
* did medicines alone help?
* did behavioral therapy/pelvic floor work/counseling make a difference?
* how long did treatment realistically take before improvement?

Not looking for miracle cures or “100% permanent solution” type answers. Just want honest experiences from people who went through lifelong PE and found a structured treatment path in Bangalore.
