im looking to buy a gaming laptop (was deciding between waiting for a steam machine or a laptop but oh well), and a friend of mine is selling his msi katana 17b13v for 1233usd
(approximately 19k mvr since im from maldives)
heres the specs, its around 2 years used

Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 8GB
144hz display
should i just go for it? or let it pass? there is also another laptop i found which has an rtx 5050 for around the same price, but i did some research and people say that 4070 is slightly better than the 5050. normally laptops around here go for really high prices, even rtx30 series laptops would go for around 1000 to 1200usd
