Ex dumped me 2 weeks after I received her father's blessing, so going through a major transition.... it's stressing me out moving to such a small place compared to the 2bd we were in together. The trade off is I'll be in a much more social neighborhood with younger people, an awesome building with great amenities, and easy access to downtown.

My main concern is bedroom space with my queen bed, and not being able to fit a dining table.

How would you furnish this place?
