How can I reset difficulty? I now have Expert mode and it is driving me insane. I am getting one-shot by my rival at Crystal Peak. Busy for 5 days.

In settings I can move every option except the difficulty and the items..

Also all guides say I need to train EVs and IVs but I can't see what that is, Only ranked stats E-D-C-B-A-S..
