Tried Riseai thinking store credit would be better than discounts but it really isn’t. It’s the same thing just packaged differently. You’re still the one paying for it and it adds up fast.

Customers treat it exactly like a discount anyway so it doesn’t feel any more valuable and it didn’t bring people back more often. All it did was cut into margins while making it look like we were doing something smarter.

At some point it just doesn’t make sense to keep giving away value like that when it’s not changing behavior.
