Possible good investment
I picked this bad boy up at my LCS not to long ago for around 30 bucks(not my photo). I feel like this card should carry a bit more value personally. Psa 6% of submissions are 10 according to ALT. A stamped promo of arguably the best pokemon movie ever made (2nd movie was amazing too). I got it because of how much I enjoyed the first movie 100%. But I feel like this could be a sleeper in the future.
