I know there is a few of you guys who have swapped manuals in the arteon I’m putting an arteon engine in a golf r manual and was just trying to figure out the whole pilot bearing situation. Any feedback would be appreciated
Okay so I blew my engine on my 24’ M/T I’m looking at used engines. Can I just use an engine out of a 22’ arteon fwd auto? What will have to be swapped over or is it possible with the pilot bearing. Is there a difference in the auto and manual motors that make this hard or is there a specific adapter you can buy. If so please leave a link it’d be appreciated.
