It started doing it a few weeks ago when I would let it get below 1/4 of a tank of gas then fill it. Ive tried lifting up on the gas pedal but it did nothing and Ive also changed the throttle positioning sensor. There is an evap code but I have changed the purge, canister, and a few hoses and the codes wont go away after clearing multiple times. Blew smoke through the lines and I didnt see any leaks. I have yet to change/clean the throttle body itself because Im still unsure that that is the problem since it should throw a code for it. It has always had a problem starting when its cold, sometimes accelerates extreamly slowly, sometimes surges and pulls a little but would stop after a few seconds, and idles roughly, which I thought could be the fuel pump but now Im not so sure. Any advice?

This is both the same fish. I got it from a breeder that said it was a garenteed female. I was going to add it to my community tanks with other females after a week of being in this hospital tank, but I am unsure if I should after watching it's behavior. Ps, in this pic it is flairing at another beta in a separate tank after adding it to the hospital tank. Once I realized that they were fairing at each other I placed a barrier between them.

Woke up to find this on my 29gal. It is a fully planted tank with a bunch of baby corydoras, shrimp, and a hillstream coach. Any advice is welcome.
