Hello! I need some help/advice.

While waiting for my NCLEX eligibility, I decided to start applying for jobs in the meantime. While sorting my documents and certificates, I noticed that my Certificate of Rating & Passing from PRC only has a documentary stamp and no dry seal.

Is this still considered valid? Or do I need to request/order a new copy that includes a dry seal?
